In order to have your character approved for the RR, You need to submit a simple profile to make sure that the person you have in mind is not breaking any sort of extreme rules or is overpowered. When your character is approved it is moved to the Wiki, where it will have it's own custom page you are free to make as fancy as you want!
To post a new profile, make a new thread with the information inside. When approved, it will be moved to the wiki and the thread deleted.
